Chroma Keys v. 1.0.2 Release Notes

Version 1.0.2 provides the following bug fixes and enhancements over version 1.0.1 :

Version 1.0.2 provides the following bug fixes and enhancements over version 1.0.1 :
  • new ways to import an image
    • dragging and dropping the image into the ChromaKeys window
    • dragging and dropping an image file into the ChromaKeys window
    • copying the image and pasting it into the ChromaKeys window
  • new toolbar button allows you to export the masked image to the clipboard
  • export file type now automatically adds TIFF extension (previously, users had to add TIFF extension manually to the filename)

Notes : Importing Images Which Have Already Been Masked or Contain Transparent Areas
  • these original transparent areas may not be made opaque in ChromaKeys (as there is no original information).
  • when viewing the original image or original image + mask, these transparent areas will be marked as black
  • when viewing the masked image, these transparent areas will be marked with the background color (default is bright green)

Version 1.0.1 provides the following bug fixes and enhancements over version 1.0.0 :

  • During evaluation, the ChromaKeys license manager only appears once during startup
  • Getting Started document appears in installation directory
  • Color keys may be modified (ie: tolerance increased or decreased) after they are set
  • Only image files are displayed when attempting to import an image
    (previously, all files were displayed)
  • minor updates to tooltips
  • Release Notes are now incorporated into the help subsystem
  • Improved undo/redo support (undo/redo possible when the tools or clear color keys is the key window)
